    Retaining expertise

The expertise of our staff forms the foundation of our quality and innovation. With the impending retirement of experienced employees, it is crucial to preserve their knowledge and make it accessible to the new generation of workers. AR offers a solution to transfer this knowledge efficiently and effectively.

    Implementation of augmented reality

AR enables us to document and share complex processes and knowledge intuitively. It integrates digital information into our real work environment, allowing learning and knowledge transfer to occur directly on the shop floor. This increases the accessibility and comprehensibility of essential information for all employees.

    Collaborations and knowledge sharing

Our collaboration with Saxion University of Applied Sciences, the University of Twente, and other partners strengthens our capabilities. It provides access to diverse expertise and ensures a multidisciplinary approach to knowledge retention and transfer. These partnerships are crucial to the success of the initiative.

    Benefits of the project

The implementation of AR in our processes offers various benefits. Besides preserving expertise, it also ensures a faster onboarding process for new employees and improves the overall efficiency of our production processes. Moreover, it contributes to workplace safety and satisfaction, resulting in better product quality and consistency.

Currently, the project is still in its initial phase, but the potential for a positive impact on the manufacturing industry and employees is undoubtedly present.
