The importance of transparent and accurate information about every phase of our production process is increasingly significant due to recycling opportunities and quality control. From raw materials and assembly to final product properties and transport, every detail is meticulously recorded and traceable through our advanced Critical to Quality (CTQ) system.

Traceability and quality control
After the rotational moulding process, each product receives a unique code, which is essential for mapping the entire product history. This level of detail provides us and our customers with insight and control over the production process.
In practice, we use a laser engraving machine to permanently engrave a code on the product as soon as it comes out of the mould. All relevant data collected in later stages of the production process, such as weight or dimensions, are linked to this unique code and stored in our central database. This process ensures that all test results and measurements can be traced back to the specific product.
The importance of data in our process
Data plays a crucial role in both quality control and the continuous improvement of our production processes. By continuously monitoring and analyzing the production process, we can intervene immediately if deviations from our established standards occur. This helps to prevent potential issues for our customers.
The process logger provides us with detailed insight into the entire production and manufacturing process. We record important parameters such as leak test results and oven temperatures. During critical GO-NO GO moments, colleagues perform product checks using digital quality questions. The system verifies whether the answers fall within the allowed tolerances. If a deviation is detected, an alert is generated, and an investigation can be initiated. This way, we continuously ensure the correct product is produced and make precise adjustments to inventory.
All collected data is ultimately stored and safeguarded on our data server. From here, both product and process information can be accessed at any desired time.
